1. Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Let It Tee website, mobile experience, and related services (collectively, the "Services"), and your purchase of products offered through the Services. By accessing or using the Services or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least the age of majority in your place of residence to use the Services and make purchases. If you use the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

3. Orders and acceptance

Product listings, descriptions, images, prices, and availability are subject to change without notice. When you place an order, you offer to purchase the items in your cart at the prices shown at checkout. We may accept or decline any order for any reason, including product availability, errors in pricing or descriptions, suspected fraud, or compliance concerns. If we cancel or modify an order after payment, we will notify you and refund any amount charged for items not provided, in accordance with applicable law and our Store Policies.

4. Accounts

If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose a security risk.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Let It Tee and its affiliates, directors, employees, and suppliers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Services or products, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim arising out of these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us for the specific product or transaction giving rise to the claim in the twelve (12) months before the claim, or (b) one hundred dollars (USD $100), except where liability cannot be limited by law.

9. Indemnity

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Let It Tee and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in your primary place of business or residence, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence apply. Courts in that jurisdiction shall have non-exclusive jurisdiction over disputes, where permitted by law.

You may have mandatory rights under local law that these Terms cannot override. Nothing in these Terms limits those rights.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the revised Terms on this page and update the "Last updated" date. Material changes may be communicated through the Services or by email where appropriate. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms, except where your explicit consent is required by law.
