These policies apply to purchases made through Let It Tee. They work together with our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

1. Product information

We aim to describe products, materials, sizing guidance, and care instructions accurately. Minor variations in color, print placement, or fabric dye lots can occur between batches and screens. If a product is materially different from its description, contact us so we can help.

2. Pricing and taxes

Prices are shown in the currency indicated at checkout and may change before you complete your purchase. Applicable taxes, duties, and import fees may be charged based on your shipping destination and local regulations. You are responsible for any customs or import charges assessed by carriers or authorities unless we explicitly state otherwise.

3. Payment

We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. By submitting payment, you authorize us and our payment processors to charge the total amount for your order. If a payment fails or is reversed, we may cancel the order or hold shipment until payment is resolved.

4. Order processing

After you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgment by email. That acknowledgment confirms receipt of your order, not necessarily acceptance. We may refuse or limit quantities. You are responsible for providing accurate shipping and contact information; we are not liable for delays or losses caused by incorrect addresses.

5. Shipping and delivery

Estimated delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Carriers handle final delivery; risk of loss passes to you when the order is delivered to the address provided (or according to carrier terms). If your package is lost after carrier acceptance, contact us and we will work with you and the carrier on a reasonable resolution where possible.

6. Returns and exchanges

If we offer returns or exchanges, the timeframe, condition requirements (e.g., unworn, tags attached), and process will be stated at checkout or in your order confirmation. Unless required by law, return shipping may be your responsibility. Refunds, when approved, are typically issued to the original payment method within a reasonable processing period after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Final-sale or limited items may be marked as non-returnable; such terms apply at the time of purchase.

7. Defective or wrong items

If you receive a defective item or the wrong product, contact us promptly with your order number and photos if helpful. We will arrange a replacement, repair, or refund as appropriate under consumer protection laws and our quality standards.

8. Care and use

Follow care labels and product guidance to maintain print and fabric quality. Damage from misuse, improper washing, or normal wear is not covered as a defect.
